ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 after a career that spans law enforcement, automotive leadership, and ultimately State Farm. I spent 13 years as a police officer before transitioning into the auto industry, where I finished as a general manager for Hyundai. While working as a used car manager, State Farm initially recruited me, and five years later I reached back out, ready to make the shift into agency ownership. I wanted the opportunity to build my own business, create my own culture, and invest in people the same way I always had as a leader. Our team currently includes two members, and we’re focused on growing the right way.

I attended the University of Cincinnati for criminal justice before entering the police academy, and I’m married with three daughters who keep life busy and full. I’m a huge sports fan — especially when it comes to the Bengals — and I stay involved locally as a member of the chamber of commerce. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Robert Dean - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
